2010 Legislative Youth Tour

I am pleased to once again notify you of an exciting opportunity available to local 11^th-grade students. Annually, the Delaware County Electric Cooperative (DCEC), sponsors a “Legislative Youth Tour” providing a selected youth-delegate the opportunity to travel to Washington D.C. to meet with our nations political leaders and learn about our Nation’s legislative process. This year the tour will take place from Sunday, May 2, 2010 to Wednesday, May 5, 2010.

Below is a letter provided to area schools with more information as well as an application if you are interested in being DCEC's next Youth Delegate. All applications must be received in our office by the end of the day Friday, March 5, 2010.
