| Annual Meeting |

The Bylaws of the Delaware County Electric Cooperative require an annual meeting of the members to occur in Delhi, NY or a neighboring location. The annual meeting is held in September of each year. As a member your presence is highly valued and it is a time that you elect directors to serve on the Board, receive information about the key issues facing your cooperative and participate in the governance of the organization!

NOMINATING COMMITTEE APPOINTMENT
A nominating Committee was appointed by the Directors of the Delaware County Electric Cooperative, Inc. to nominate six members to run for the office of Director. Three of the nominees will be voted in as Directors at the forthcoming Annual Meeting of the members to be held on September 10, 2010 at Delaware Academy and Central School in Delhi, New York.
