Annual Meeting

The Bylaws of the Delaware County Electric Cooperative require an annual meeting of the members to occur in Delhi, NY or a neighboring location. The Annual Meeting is held in September of each year. As a member your presence is highly valued and it is a time that you elect directors to serve on the Board, receive information about the key issues facing your Cooperative and participate in the governance of the organization!

The official results of the voting from the 2011 DCEC Annual Meeting of the Members for Director Elections are as follows:

District 2 —Towns of Harpersfield, Summit and Jefferson

Members also voted on five proposed changes to the DCEC bylaws. Those results were:

NOMINATING COMMITTEE APPOINTMENT

A nominating Committee was appointed by the Directors of the Delaware County Electric Cooperative, Inc. to nominate members to run for the office of Director. The nominees will be voted in as directors at the forthcoming Annual Meeting of the members to be held on September 9, 2011 at Delaware Academy and Central School in Delhi, New York.
